Job description

BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Representatives

 

Call Center Representatives.

 

Requirement Overview

  • Number of openings: Approximately 15 Call Center Representatives
  • Location: Onsite in Farmington Hills, MI
  • Start Date: August 3, 2026 (must be able to start no later than this date)
  • Expected End Date: September 4, 2026
  • Duration: Approximately 5 weeks
  • Pay Rate: $21/hr.
  • Interviews: Targeting interviews later this week
  • Training Schedule: August 3 through August 21, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
  • Post-Training Schedule: Based on business needs, shifts may range between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday

 

Candidate Profile

  • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
  • Tech-savvy is a plus but not required
  • Must be available for the full assignment duration
