Job description

Adecco Staffing is currently hiring experienced 2nd shift Call Center Representatives in Boston, MA. This is a temp-to-perm positionย within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Next Training class is on July 20th.
Pay Rate:ย $23โ€“$25/hr.
Location: Boston, MA
Scheduleย Available:

  • 2:00 PM โ€“ 11:00 PM (2nd Shift) | Wednesday & Sunday off
Responsibilities
  • Handle high-volume inbound calls (200โ€“300 per shift) from hospitals and private medical offices
  • Follow structured scripts while delivering professional and empathetic communication
  • Triage calls based on urgency, including emergency situations
  • Page on-call medical staff for urgent or critical needs
  • Support hospital teams with after-hours communication
  • Maintain and update schedules, databases, and directories
  • Handle confidential patient information in compliance with privacy regulations
  • Multitask across multiple systems while accurately documenting all calls
Qualifications
  • Prior call center experience required
  • Medical call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and professional phone presence
  • Ability to follow scripts and multitask efficiently
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM preferred
  • High School Diploma required

Bonus:
Associates who are extended a temp-to-hire assignment during this hiring cycle and remain actively employed for six (6) months will be eligible to receive aย $500 one-time retention incentiveย upon reaching their six-month anniversary.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
