Job Overview

AV Taxi Rides is currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Agent to assist with customer support, ride scheduling, and transportation service coordination. The ideal candidate will provide professional assistance to customers while supporting daily operations in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls regarding transportation services
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Coordinate with dispatch teams regarding ride updates
  • Maintain accurate customer records and call documentation
  • Provide professional and courteous customer support
  • Handle high call volumes efficiently
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
