As a Clinical Supervisor in our Detox, Residential, and PHP treatment center, you will be responsible for assisting the Clinical Director on program administration and management of all clinical functions of the facility and treatment services.

CLINICAL SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Clinical Director in the management of all clinical functions relating to our dual diagnosis treatment facility and treatment services. The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for providing effective leadership to the clinical staff, has knowledge of the organization, and ensures activities within the facility are in accordance with standards of State and Federal regulations. We are seeking a candidate who will work collaboratively to contribute to the growth of our organization. Our ideal candidate has experience in treating substance use disorder and/or mental health disorders. Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY TO POSITION
Assist the Clinical Director in:
Direct supervision of all operations and functions of the Clinical Program within the company
Administrative responsibilities including auditing charts and ensuring compliance with insurance and company standards
Oversee clinical skills planning including the setting of short- and long-term goals for the clinical program, safety of staff and clients, record maintenance and effective therapeutic treatment of clients.
Assist in the development and revision of clinical skills policies and procedures as needed.
Ensure compliance with state licensing standards and Joint Commission
Assist in overseeing the department’s compliance with legal policies, guidelines and standards
Interpret policy and procedures to staff and clients as needed to ensure their compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as accrediting agencies.
Ensures clinical staff meets educational/licensure requirements
Assist in staff development and training activities including the clinical orientation of new employees.
Attends clinical and administrative meetings to share information inter-departmentally
Demonstrates knowledge of administrative and clinical policies and procedures, and the ability to communicate these clearly and accurately to staff
Demonstrates knowledge of emergency procedures; ability to communicate these procedures clearly and accurately
Maintains an effective and efficient daily staffing pattern
Manages group schedules as well as facilitate groups
Displays ability to direct and supervise Program activities
If needed, carries a caseload of clients
Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment
Performs other tasks, as assigned
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this position, you'll need:
Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (preferred)
Independently licensed in New Hampshire, LCMHC, LICSW, or MLADC
License must be in good standing and maintained throughout employment
Qualified Supervisory experience, not required but encouraged
Clinical experience in co-occurring disorders (preferred)
Schedule:
Day Shift (requires flexibility when needed)
On-Call (Detox - rotate with Clinical Director; RES/PHP - rotate with other members of leadership)
Pay: 65,000-95,000
