Branch Administrator
- $16 to $20 Hourly

POSITION SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to act as an extension of the company’s corporate office and to assist the Branch Management Team by supporting all functions of the branch office and reporting to the corporate office as necessary.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepares, processes, enters, tracks, files, and faxes (as appropriate) all branch paperwork, including but not limited to:
- New job folders,
- Lead and Sales results,
- Production measurement, service, and installation packets,
- Original finance and contract paperwork.
- Completed job (install/service) paperwork.
- Prepares Daily Activity Report and completes Admin Daily Checklist; reports to the
Database Administrator.
- Manages all digital photos on the FTP site as well as printing photos for all new job files.
- Processes cancellations and change orders daily.
- Processes office logbooks, including verifying sales and obtaining permits, if applicable.
- Processes all credit card transactions for job deposits or final install payments daily.
- Processes PNC remote bank deposits daily.
- Reviews all reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, including:
- All location installer,
- Originals Not Received,
- No Info From Rep,
- Finance Originals,
- Finance Aging,
- Open Sale Changes.
- Complete Job Log
- Prepares and sends Fed Ex overnight packages.
- Orders and maintains office supplies, including all stationary needed from the corporate office.
- Assists in conducting monthly inventory and maintains checklist for Sales Kits.
- Demonstrates behavior essential for individual and organizational success.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
- Assists with new Sales Rep training within the Branch Office.
- Participates in administrative incentive programs and Regional and Corporate conference calls.
- Assists Branch Managers with new hire paperwork, payroll, the ordering process, other branch projects, and job duties to meet the needs of the business.
- Follows and enforces all company policies and procedures, as well as adheres to the company handbook and confidentiality agreement.

EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
For the most part, ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
