Accounting Analyst

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst responsible for ensuring that the Travel & Expense policies and expense reimbursement process is done accurately and timely.

Your specific duties will include:

• Administering the T&E System and Report Management.
• Providing training for the T&E process and system.
• Serving as a contact for employees on travel reimbursement policy questions, concerns, and issues.
• Answering telephone calls and emails to assist internal and external customers with expense report questions for system issues or compliance requirements.
• Reviewing and auditing employee expense reports to ensure compliance with the company's Travel and Entertainment policy.
• Scanning, filing, and verifying all original receipts have been submitted with the expense reports.

Specific qualifications for the position include: 

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles.
• Advanced functions with spreadsheet software such as Excel, Quickbooks, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 1-2 years of experience in a travel and expense management-related role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with varying levels throughout the organization
