Job DescriptionCompany Description
Seeking a hardworking Maintenance & Groundskeeper for an apartment community in Phoenix, close to Tempe.
Duties:
- Basic janitorial duties for both interior and exterior of property
- Contribute to landscaping projects
- Minor painting touch-ups and full apartment unit re-paints for move-ins
- Trash-outs to prepare apartments for new tenants
- Power washing building & spray the pool deck
- Residential plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
- Tackle trash-outs and make-ready tasks efficiently
- Complete service requests and work orders
- At least 6 months on-site work experience for residential or hotel maintenance
- HVAC/CPO certification is a plus
- Take direction from Maintenance Supervisor and work well with peers
- Need to have your own set of basic hand tools & a power drill
