Secondary Operations Supervisor

Plastics Manufacturer in Broken Arrow is seeking a Secondary Operations Supervisor. M-F 7am-4pm, with OT as needed.

The secondary operations supervisor is to coordinate with the project coordinator, production and quality assurance staff on a daily basis to match up parts with open purchase orders, prioritize purchase orders, open orders and supervise crew of approximately 10-14 employees per shift. Crew is tasked with performing all secondary (final) operations on parts before shipping.

Responsibilities:
- Receive instruction from project coordinator on prioritizing of orders to be shipped.
- Utilize resources available in conjunction with material handlers to coordinate pulling of parts from inventory.
- Analyzing parts and categorize parts to be processed directly thru to shipping or determine which need to be sent to CNC shops.
- Responsible for bringing any cosmetic or functional issues, discovered during processing of the shipments, to the attention of quality assurance department.
- Further inspect parts in regards to color concentrate, part free of defects, ensure part revisions are correct to prevent any rejections from customer.
- Maintain and monitor all duties associated with upkeep of all raw materials and supplies needed to complete all orders.
- Imperative to maintain an accurate inventory of inserts needed to process parts, to ensure crew members have enough supplies to process orders in a timely manner.
- Responsible for all Certificates of Conformance and all other documents needed with all shipments.

Requirements:
- Attendance shall be within the acceptable company guidelines
- Good organization and communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and ability to navigate through online shipping sites (UPS/FedEx).
- Skills associated with understanding and analyzing CAD aerospace drawings and revisions.
- Someone who is bilingual in Spanish would be preferred
