Qualifications/Education:

2 Year Degree in Business Administration or relevant experience required.
Accuracy and attention to detail; Aptitude for numbers
Excellent Data Entry skills
Demonstrates high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
Automotive Dealership experience preferred, but not required.
Fluent in CDK/ADP software preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

Calculate dealer profits & sales commissions.
Accurately document transaction details
Track payroll data in excel and ensure safe keeping of all confidential information.
Reconcile and maintain clean schedules related to vehicle sales.
Fact checking accounting data.
Accounts payable, bookkeeping, cash receipt and check cutting when needed.
Cross training with staff to learn other accounting functions.
