We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Our Customer Service team supports meet and greet all families and talking to new leads and work with parents.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will make a difference in the lives of others, while expanding your knowledge of The Learning experience and creating awareness of Happy Happens Here.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Provide excellent customer service, answering a variety of calls and emails from the parents from the local community.
Use your knowledge of childcare industry needs to locate answers in a knowledge database to acknowledge parents requests
Follow standard operating procedures for various topics and systems.
Document all of your interactions in the system
Keep up to date on TLE Core processes and procedures
Meet and greet parents on site

To be a successful Customer Service Representative , you will possess:

The capability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications, and provide information to our parents
Excellent time management skills and dependability
Strong written and verbal communication skills including telephone/email etiquette
Strong presence on Social Media and social network
Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute

Qualifications

Previous experience as a childcare or similar role.
Strong knowledge of key communication principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for creating a positive and engaging learning experience for young children.
Minimum of High School Diploma, One Year in Preschool Classroom Setting
Preferred: CDA or higher
