Our client, an esteemed Critical Access Hospital, has asked our team to identify a Finance Director that will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning.

• Lead financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounting.
• Oversee federal reporting and Medicare cost reports.
• Manage monthly financial close processes and year-end audits.
• Supervise a team of four to five direct reports.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master’s preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare finance required, Critical Access experience a plus!
• Experience with financial software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
