We are looking for a pleasant and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a Front Desk Representative for Midas, you will be responsible for different receptionist and clerical duties at our office. As the front-line-employee, your role will be extremely important for creating a positive customer experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make our guests feel comfortable and satisfied while in our office.

Responsibilities

Answer phones timely with welcoming voice and attitude

Check customers in

Check customers out and accept payment

Relay store pricing and current specials

Assist Manager organizational needs

Maintain showroom professional appearance and cleanliness

Assist Automotive Service Adviser with customer duties

Qualifications

1 years of experience as Customer Service Representative or similar role

Hands on experience with office machines (for example typing skills, computers)

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on customer relations.

Team player

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Customer-oriented mindset

High School diploma: any additional diploma will be considered as advantage.

Excellent phone skills a must.
