Inside Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customers via phone and email in a professional and efficient manner
• Provide solutions and educate customers on our products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and customer concerns
• Create quotes for products and services based on customer needs
• Accept and process incoming purchase orders
• Organize customer shipments through various modes including parcel, LTL, and FTL
• Identify potential new customers through incoming communications and outreach efforts
• Coordinate customer orders with manufacturing department to insure timely deliveries
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Miscellaneous administrative tasks as necessary, including answering the phone

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated)
• Ability to sell and cross sell
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams
• Experience with Quickbooks is a plus, but not a requirement
• Fast Learner, detail-oriented and organized
