Dental Call Center Representative

Children's Dentistry is looking for a happy and energetic Call Center Representative! Must be available on Saturday's and be bilingual. Please send resume for consideration.

Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

-Answering the phones in a friendly and welcoming manner

-Scheduling new patients and 6 month recall patients

-Checking insurance eligibility. Always making sure eligibility is 1 week out unless it is right before the end of the month.

-Scanning in both eligibility pages for Medicaid/Scion patients.

-The 1st of each month, must work on getting eligibility checked for 1 full week.

-Calling patients off a recall list to remind them they are do for their recall appointment

-Sending EOD report on how many NP/ 6MRC scheduled for each office, what offices were worked for eligibility, and anything additional that was worked on for the day

-Always logged into the website chat

-Calling parents back that reviewed us as a 1-3 from our texting service.

-Creating an appointment box at the top of the schedule for each day that you check eligibility. This box should be labeled with your name and date you checked eligibility.

Call Center Representative Qualifications:

• Availability on Saturdays
• Bilingual
• Dental experience preferred
• Reliable Transportation
