Support Engineer (Customer Experience)
Location: Raleigh, USA
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for FBOSS (Facebook Open Switching System) software and related network infrastructure components.
- Conduct both manual and automated testing to validate the functionality, performance, and scalability of FBOSS features.
- Perform in-depth analysis of bugs to accurately triage and prioritize issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 9+ years of experience in testing in the networking domain.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (BGP, LLDP, ACL, SNMP), routing, and switching technologies.
- Experience with FBOSS or similar network operating systems (NOS) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell scripting.
