Position Overview

  • Schedule – Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
  • On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at our corporate office or the job site location during core business hours.
  • Compensation Package –
    • $150,000 / Year to $170,000 / Year
    • Monthly car allowance.
    • Bonus Incentives include: Milestone Bonus Potential
    • Other compensation may include profit sharing.
    • The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based upon a candidate's experience and the geographical location of this position.

What We're Looking For

  • Must have at least 5+ years' of experience managing multifamily projects that are greater than 150 units.
  • Must have 10+ years' of experience in Ground Up Construction.
  • Proficiency in MS Project or similar scheduling software required.
  • Experience with Procore preferred.
  • Ability to read construction plans and specifications is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required, preferrably in Construction Management or related field.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
  • Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
  • Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
  • Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Your Role

  • Always maintain site safety.
  • Assign duties and directed the Project Engineer/Coordinator(s), and work closely with Project Superintendent(s).
  • Complete weekly reports on time addressing items such as budget, cashflow, buyout status and schedule.
  • Assume accountability for the entire project(s).
  • Know the plans and specifications. Problem-solve with architects, engineers, and local authorities.
  • Negotiate and draft detailed sub-contract scopes.
  • Review and take responsibility for all Change Order Requests, Cost to Complete reports, and subcontractor progress billings.
  • Create accurate cash flow projections in conjunction with the project schedule.
  • Problem-solve with architects, engineers, and local authorities.
  • Prioritize tasks to provide a smooth flow of progress throughout the project.
  • Make frequent visits to the project site, verifying that the site is organized and clean and that satisfactory progress is being made to meet the established schedule milestones.
  • Write and sign all Purchase Orders, change orders, and back charges.
  • Detailed tracking of cost associated with AOR issued plan revisions/design changes.
  • Monitor sub-contractors' agreements and provide written notices if they are not meeting the terms of their commitments.
  • Ensure that all procedures and workmanship meet ACG standards and expectations.
  • Take responsibility for all project close-out requirements and deliverables.
