TGG Accounting has partnered with a North Charleston-based Foundation/Slab repair organization looking to add an Operations Manager to their growing team. This position is 5 days on-site in North Charleston.
This position reports to the COO and works cross-functionally with the Sales Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Project Management Team.
** This Role Requires CONSTRUCTION/FOUNDATION Estimating Background
Schedule: Monday - Friday ~ 6:30 am - 3 pm EST
Compensation: $100K - $110K DOE
Position Overview:
- Oversee the schedule and the 'Work Order' logistics for five (5) crews.
- Produce a running one (1) week work schedule for all five (5) crews.
- Coordinate with Project Managers/Project Coordinator monthly schedule.
- Communicate with the Warehouse Manager to maintain the fleet of service trucks.
- Interact with the Sales Manager to verify and approve upcoming projects.
- Comfortable fielding customer calls and resolving installation issues.
Requirements:
- A high School Diploma is preferred.
- 5 years as an Operations Manager in a service organization -Preferably construction-based.
- Excellent organization
