Position Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Services Rep. The Account Rep. will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, coordinating fulfillment and distribution activities, and ensuring quality control. The Account Rep. will also work closely with the operations teams to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
Essential Functions
- Can service and maintain their assigned accounts accordingly.
- Takes complete ownership of their account issues and follows through the resolution.
- Monitors systems on a regular basis to make sure the orders meet our customers’ SLA.
- Set up appointments and maintain the scheduling.
- Submits tickets for missed appointments, follows up to make sure they are rescheduled promptly.
- Send billing forms for non-inclusive services performed on the order level to the Billing dept.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priority tasks.
- Prepare and QC orders prior to warehouse handoff, at least 24-48 hours before the pickup appointment.
- Is cross trained on various accounts for coverage while peers are out of the office.
- Is up to date with accounts routing guides and knows crucial information.
- Maintain updated routing guides on shared drive.
- Create, follow, or update SOP as the requirements might change.
- Communicates effectively with our clients, office, and warehouse team members, etc.
- Monitors email communications and replies in a timely manner.
- Escalates and or alerts management of critical issues or matters that may arise.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
- EDI knowledge with specific account management such as Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, Ross, Amazon, etc.
- Familiar with exporting and printing UCC 128 or any necessary compliance labels.
- Ability to close (ship) orders systematically and submit ASN’s as per the vendor’s requirements.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Experience in logistics, fulfillment, or transportation industry.
· Knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain management.
· Ability to analyze and interpret data and make informed decisions.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
· Experience with WMS systems: Dynamics 365, RAMP, Extensive or other logistics software.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Education/ Special designation or Licensure
High school diploma or GED.
Experience
At least 2 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Physical Activity
Sitting and or standing for long periods of time, and may occasionally need to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs. Must be able to read, speak, listen, and comprehend conversations both verbally and written.
Working Conditions
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office or warehouse work environment.
