Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm (On-Site)

Annual Salary: Up to $100k DOE

Overview:

We're in search of a seasoned, motivated Senior Full Stack Application Developer to join our vibrant team. This pivotal role involves crafting, executing, and maintaining scalable, efficient web-based solutions tailored to bolster our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

Craft web-based applications to streamline company processes, ensuring seamless integration between backend and frontend components.
Frontend Development: Spearhead the creation and refinement of user-centric, responsive, and visually captivating web interfaces using cutting-edge frontend technologies.
Backend Development: Architect, deploy, and optimize robust backend systems for enhanced scalability and efficiency.
Business Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and end users, to delineate project requirements crucial for delivering top-tier software solutions aligned with business objectives.
Translate project specs into tangible web applications, employing clean, maintainable code while adhering to DevOps best practices and coding standards.
Conduct thorough code reviews of fellow Developers' work.
Ensure seamless application functionality through structured testing methodologies and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation encompassing system architecture, design specifics, and implementation details. Uphold historical records by documenting application development and revisions.
Design and administer MS SQL databases, encompassing modeling, normalization, and optimization to uphold data integrity.
Execute SQL queries, prioritizing efficiency.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and rectify technical glitches, bugs, user concerns, and performance bottlenecks to optimize application performance.
Safeguard operational integrity and user confidentiality.

Requirements/Experience:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of five years' hands-on experience in Full-stack development, emphasizing scalable and maintainable architectures.

Proficiency in:

Business Analysis (Stakeholder engagement)
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Agile/Scrum, Developer prioritization, UAT, etc.)
Comprehensive grasp of database and web server technologies (MS SQL, Apache/IIS servers)
Proficiency in Java is mandatory; familiarity with Python and Node.js is advantageous.
Frontend languages including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript along with JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, Angular, React, Vue, Telerik Kendo)
Back-end technologies encompassing Microsoft SQL, T-SQL, C#/.NET 5, PHP, and Git for version control.

Moderate knowledge of:

User authentication/authorization
Kendo UI, jQWidgets, SSIS/SSRS, Crystal Reports, are pluses.
