Park Crest Plus Sales & Marketing Representative

Responsibilities:

 

  • Promote the Park Crest Events Facilities All Inclusive Values.

 

  • Prospect, schedule and follow through with appointments for our guests to view our facilities and give an overview of our All Inclusive packages and options.

  • Create proposals based on needs, interests and expectations of the wedding couple, including all facets of the Facility. - Close sales and all aspects of sales management.

  • Write multi-layered contracts and agreements covering all aspects of a wedding/Event.

  • Attend regional bridal shows.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred - Minimum of 2 years Wedding Event sales experience preferred - Relationship management - Highly organized. - Strong work ethic. - Understand target audiences and assist teams to develop an event strategy that supports business goals - Managing marketing materials internally sending to external events - Maintaining Park Crest + Plus computer site with updated exhibits. - Assist in creation of staff biographies - Develop and execute local and regional marketing plans - Build strong relationships with internal partners across the organization, in particular the event producers – the event project managers, and the content programmers - Oversee the development, design and execution of all event themes, brand and creative journey elements, and ensure all in line with objectives and overall event strategy - Interpersonal skills. - Meticulous attention to detail. - Self Starter, Detail orented - Pr-opening experience
