KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct virtual meetings with clients to assess their insurance needs
- Present and explain insurance policy options to clients
- Generate leads and referrals through networking and outreach
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Continuously update knowledge of insurance products and industry trends

QUALIFICTIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using technology and online tools
