Customer Service/ Sales Support Representative Description

Our client in the electrical manufacturing industry is looking for a Customer Service/ Sales Support Representative to join their team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for various customer service activities, such as email communication, order entry, price quoting, order expedition, and other customer requests. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with initiative and good communication skills. To be successful in this role, you must be interested in learning the ropes and adopting processes that will allow you to perform your responsibilities effectively. Customer Service/ Sales Support Representative Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers daily
• Help provide quotes to existing and potential customers
• Process and confirm orders to customers and suppliers
• Provide order status updates and tracking details to customers
• Resolve invoicing issues and assist Accounts Receivables when needed
• Work with the internal sales team and outside sales representatives
• Enter opportunities, tasks, and contacts into a CRM

Customer Service/ Sales Support Representative Qualifications

• 2+ years of Customer Service or Sales Support experience required
• Good communication and organization skills required
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required
