Bilingual Assistant General Manager- Culinary Manager+ $ BONUS

We are seeking a BILINGUAL Assistant General Manager and Culinary- Whiskey And Wine Experience + to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the restaurant.

• Location- Addison and Firewheel location in Dallas, TX

Responsibilities: Vary depending on Position.

**Culinary-

• Planning and purchasing food
• Managing employee schedules
• Ensuring kitchen safety and sanitation
• Supervising cleanliness and food presentation
• Managing inventory
• Providing excellent customer service
• Motivating staff
• Promoting service standards and safe food handling

**AGM-

• Opening and closing the restaurant
• Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members
• Scheduling shifts and assigning tables to waitstaff
• Resolving customers' questions and grievances
• Conducting payroll activities
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assisting the Restaurant Manager in planning and implementing strategies
• Coordinating daily front and back-of-the-house operations

​Qualifications:

• Previous proven work experience in the restaurant industry
• Maturity and sophistication is a MUST
• Organization and time management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills- Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong leadership qualities
• The manager plays a crucial role in shaping menus and selecting drink options that reflect the latest trends.

• Whiskey and Wine experience

  - For wine, understanding the basics such as grape varieties, wine styles, and pairing.

  - For Whiskey knowledge, the difference between types like bourbon and single malt, and how aging affects flavor
