About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Bilingual Management Trainee to support leadership at a fast-growing eCommerce company.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the center of a fast-moving business and can coordinate across U.S. leadership and Mandarin-speaking partners, suppliers, and teams.

Aosom Management Trainee program is designed to accelerate high-potential early-career talent into real leadership roles through hands-on experience and structured development

What You’ll Learn

Through assignments, exposure, and hands-on experience across key business areas, trainees will gain practical exposure to:

Corporate, marketing, warehouse, logistics, and other business functions

Website operations

Channel development and operations

MerchandisingWarehouse and logistics operationsHuman Resources and allocations

Maintain product quality, inventory control (FIFO), and merchandising standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams during rotations

Learn and apply company SOPs, product knowledge, and operational standards

Support department operations to meet performance goals

Assist in planning and executing promotional activities

Maintain product quality, inventory control (FIFO), and merchandising standards

Develop leadership skills through team supervision and scheduling

Participate in training related to coaching, performance management, and team development

Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment

Complete program evaluations and assessments

Track project timelines and follow up on action items

What You’ll Also Do

Bilingual Communication

Serve as a liaison between English-speaking executives and Mandarin-speaking partners

Translate emails, documents, and meeting notes between Mandarin and English

Coordinate communication with overseas suppliers and vendors

Project Coordination

Qualifications

Required

Fluent Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
