PLEASE NOTE: OUR CLIENT'S OFFICE IS LOCATED IN RAVENSWOOD. AND THIS IS A ROLE THAT REQUIRES IN PERSON, AT OFFICE ATTENDANCE IN ADDITION TO PROPERTY VISITS IN THE NORTH NEIGHBORHOODS OF CHICAGO.


Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of market rate multifamily properties located in the north-east neighborhoods in Chicago.


The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple properties and maintaining top property performance and an excellent level of tenant satisfaction.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Oversee and manage a portfolio of market rate multifamily properties

    Develop and implement property management strategies to achieve goals and objectives

    Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and cleanliness standards

    Coordinate with leasing and maintenance teams in order to ensure optimum property performance

    Work with accounting staff to develop and then implement budgets

    Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional and timely manner

    Collect and manage rent payments, late fees, and deposits.

    Oversight of resident work order intake and completion including both emergency and non-emergency maintenance requests.​


REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:

    5+ years of property management experience

    Valid driver's license and access to vehicle

    Proficient with the applicable software
