Multi-Site Maintenance Technician

As a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility is to address and resolve various maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently at multiple properties.  You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the community and apartment homes. This involves ensuring a comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and team members.  Multi-Site Maintenance Techs will be required to work at multiple locations within a central region. 

What You'll Do:

  • Complete maintenance tasks across multiple properties within a central region.

  • Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on equipment, systems, and building components.

  • Diagnose and repair issues involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general building operations.

  • Maintain and service property equipment such as HVAC systems, generators, landscaping tools, and more.

  • Respond to emergencies (water leaks, power outages, etc.); participate in rotating on-call responsibilities.

  • Prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing make-ready tasks.

  • Document maintenance activities, service requests, repairs, and parts used.

  • Manage inventories of tools, supplies, and spare parts.

  • Coordinate and prioritize maintenance requests with onsite property teams.

  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment while following all regulatory guidelines (OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing)

  • Perform snow and ice removal.

  • Weekend work is required as needed.

  • Physical tasks are required, along with other duties as assigned

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • At least 1+ year of maintenance experience, ideally in multifamily housing.

  • EPA/HVAC certification desired; CPO or CAMT certification is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot independently.

  • Great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to stay organized while working across multiple locations.

  • Comfortable using technology, including maintenance software and Microsoft Office.
