We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Property Management Coordinator to join our growing team.


Position Summary

The Property Management Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of our residential property portfolio by coordinating leasing activities, maintenance requests, property turnovers and communication with prospective residents, current residents, property owners, and vendors.  This role is responsible for keeping work moving, maintaining accurate records, and delivering a responsive, professional customer experience.

Success in this role means prospective and current residents receive timely responses, listings and property records remain accurate, maintenance and turnover activities move forward without unnecessary delays, and owners and vendors receive clear, professional communication.


Responsibilities

Leasing and Marketing

·        Create and maintain rental listings in AppFolio, ShowMojo, MLS, and the company website.

·        Coordinate professional photography.

·        Respond to prospective tenant inquiries and schedule showings

·        Conduct preliminary applicant screening.

·        Coordinate move-ins and collect required documentation.

·        Assist with move-out inspections and security deposit reconciliations.

Maintenance and Property Operations

·        Triage maintenance requests and dispatch vendors.

·        Monitor work orders and vendor performance and follow up on completion.

·        Coordinate turnovers between tenants.

·        Maintain vendor Certificates of Insurance.

Customer and Administrative Support

·        Maintain accurate records in AppFolio and Microsoft Office.

·        Communicate with owners, tenants, and vendors, maintaining a positive relationship

·        Assist with onboarding new property management clients.


Qualifications

·        2+ years experience in customer service, administration, property management, leasing, real estate, hospitality, or another role involving high-volume coordination and communication

·        Property management, leasing, or real estate, experience is preferred, but not required

·        Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on open items.

·        Sound judgement and ability to recognize when an issue should be escalated

·        Comfort communicating with customers who may be frustrated or dealing with urgent concerns.

·        Attention to detail when handling applications, leases, vendor documents, and property records.

·        Experience with AppFolio, ShowMoJo, MLS, or similar software is a plus.

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

·        Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $48,000 annually
