Job description

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Property Maintenance & Administrative Assistant to support two property locations in Laurens and Chester, SC. This role combines clerical responsibilities with light property upkeep and resident interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and document maintenance requests and inspections
  • Assist with property inspections alongside another team member
  • Maintain accurate clerical records and documentation
  • Help keep property grounds and parking lots clean and free of debris
  • Interact professionally with residents and provide excellent customer service
  • Support day-to-day property operations as needed
