We're seeking a Property Management Assistant to support our Property Management team with leasing, marketing, administrative tasks, and resident communication. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience and build a long-term career in real estate and property management.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
โ€ข Support admin tasks: data entry, record keeping, appointment coordination
โ€ข Assist with tenant communications and application processing
โ€ข Help ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Section 8, LIHTC, and local regulations
โ€ข Coordinate maintenance and vendor work orders; manage vendor SLAs
โ€ข Maintain accurate records and reports in AppFolio and Google Suite
โ€ข Deliver excellent resident service and resolve escalated tenant issues
โ€ข Grow in the position through continued learning and skill building
Success at 6 months:
โ€ข Reduced vacancy days, accurate listing launches, high-quality leasing support
Tools you'll use: Google Suite, CRM, MLS, AppFolio/Yardi
Qualifications
What You'll Bring (Must-Haves):
โ€ข Prior admin, leasing, or customer service experience
