Position Overview

Are you the person your friends call when they need help figuring out how something works? Do you have a "detective’s eye" for detail and a passion for residential properties? If you’re looking for a role that gets you out from behind a desk and into the field, we want to meet you.

As a Property Management Associate, you are the eyes, ears, and nose of our property management team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring homes are safe, functional, and ready for residents to move in.

What You’ll Do

• Investigate & Evaluate: Conduct thorough walk-throughs of Occupied and unoccupied rental properties, assessing everything from the roof to the foundation.

• System Analysis: Test the "heart" of the home, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Problem Solve: Identify potential hazards or code violations before they become major issues.

• Light Hands-On Work: Perform minor maintenance tasks to keep properties in peak condition.

• Report Your Findings: Use your observations to create comprehensive digital reports that guide owners on essential renovations and safety upgrades.
