Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish) – Part-Time Apartment Community Office
Preston Oaks Apartments – Louisville, KY
Preston Oaks Apartments is looking for a friendly, professional, and bilingual Receptionist to join our team in Louisville, KY! If you enjoy helping people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced apartment community environment, we would love to hear from you.
This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative, leasing office, front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience looking for stable part-time hours with a supportive team.
Schedule: Part-Time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour based on experience
What You’ll Do:
  • Greet and assist current and prospective apartment residents
  • Answer phones, emails, and office communications professionally
  • Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish
  • Assist with data entry, resident information, and office organization
  • Help manage resident amenities and clubhouse reservations
  • Support the property management team with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment
Qualifications:
