What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing schedules, meeting On Time Performance (OTP) goals, and optimizing labor and inventory.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies (highly desirable).
  • Proficient in production management software, ERP systems, and workflow optimization tools.
  • Strong leadership to train, direct, and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
