What would you do as a Bilingual Production Supervisor

As a Bilingual Production Supervisor at North Coast Container, you will play a pivotal role in upholding and enforcing company policies and procedures, ensuring optimal adherence to specification sheets for every production order. Your commitment to safety will be paramount as you maintain consistent communication on guidelines, promptly addressing any unsafe behaviors or conditions. Your leadership will shine through as you provide essential training and coaching to team members in both English and Spanish, fostering a cohesive and efficient workforce. You will also conduct thorough production audits, accurately record scrap and downtime, and address any production, quality, or personnel issues.
