What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial operations
  • 2+ years of leadership experience as a Production Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Manufacturing Lead, Shift Supervisor, or similar leadership role
  • Experience leading bilingual English/Spanish production teams strongly preferred
  • Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the production floor
  • Ability to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency
  • Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safety compliance
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and production-related systems
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent hands-on leadership experience accepted
  • Flexibility to support production needs during peak operational periods

What You'll Do

  • Lead, train, mentor, and develop production associates in a high-volume manufacturing operation
  • Oversee CHEP pallet repair operations to ensure customer quality specifications are met
  • Drive production output, efficiency, safety, and quality performance
  • Monitor workflow and adjust labor plans to reduce downtime and production bottlenecks
  • Reinforce OSHA and company safety standards throughout the facility
  • Conduct coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective actions when needed
  • Track production metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment to support operational efficiency
  • Partner with operations leadership, maintenance, and office teams to keep production running smoothly
  • Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance with company processes and standards
