About the Role

You'll own the day-to-day operations of our production floor and lead a team of skilled technicians. You'll coordinate schedules, solve problems on the fly, lead continuous improvement, and make sure we're delivering quality products on time.   • Supervise production schedules and coordinate teams to meet customer orders and delivery deadlines
  • Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and lead improvements to boost efficiency
  • Lead daily production meetings to review goals, performance metrics, and address team concerns
  • Develop manufacturing schedules, allocate labor and capital resources, and manage labor expenses
  • Keep equipment maintained, enforce safety guidelines, and make sure quality standards are met
  • Evaluate employees, manage the labor pool, and create or recommend manufacturing policies and procedures

What You'll Bring

  • Have proven experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in fiber optics
  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, or strong vocational or technical education
  • Have 3+ years of manufacturing experience with proven leadership ability
  • Are self-motivated with careful problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Communicate clearly and can manage multiple priorities at once
  • Can pick up new methods quickly and adapt to changing needs on the floor

Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 base, plus annual bonus
