Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Strategic Product Leader in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
* Lead product strategy and roadmap initiatives focused on underwriting, risk evaluation, and operational efficiency
* Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation
* Collaborate with technology, analytics, and data teams to deliver innovative product solutions
* Define business requirements, success metrics, and implementation priorities
* Support the development of AI-driven tools, predictive analytics, and decision support capabilities
* Present product strategies, business cases, and performance updates to senior leadership
* Drive alignment across business, operations, and technology stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of product management, product leadership, or related experience
* 5+ years of experience within the commercial insurance industry
* Experience leading initiatives involving data analytics, AI, machine learning, or digital transformation
* Experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
* Strong understanding of underwriting operations, risk assessment, pricing strategies, and portfolio management
* Proven ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
* Experience working with specialty insurance, excess and surplus lines, or complex commercial risk environments preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
