Responsibilities

Join a team where precision and teamwork meet. Ensure our products meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety while leading a plant operation that delivers a Clean You Can Count On.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (1pm - 10pm) *Shift handoff at 12:30pm.

Salary: $64,000 - $70,000 + Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directly manage Production Associate and daily output standards
  • Analyze KPIs to drive operational strategy beyond simple product movement
  • Execute a throughput schedule that meets all client delivery requirements
  • Establish and manage Quality Assurance program for healthcare standards
  • Minimize product loss through clean return audits and load-out management
  • Utilize Dayforce for accurate timekeeping and personnel management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 to 5 years of warehouse or plant management experience; healthcare industry preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Bilingual - Spanish is REQUIRED!
  • Proven ability to deliver performance coaching and execute corrective actions
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills to motivate a diverse team
  • Highly computer literate (Excel and general PC applications a plus)
  • Organizational focus to manage timekeeping and labor tracking
  • Service-oriented mindset toward internal departments and healthcare customers
