What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years in manufacturing or production operations
  • 2+ years of leadership experience as a Production Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Manufacturing Lead, Shift Supervisor, or similar leadership role
  • Experience leading bilingual English/Spanish production teams strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the production floor
  • Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safety compliance
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and production-related systems
  • Flexibility during peak operational periods
