Job description

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Project Engineer (Mandarin/English) to support design coordination and execution of semiconductor construction projects. This role works closely with engineers, field teams, and clients to keep projects on track.
Position: Bilingual Project Engineer
Location: North Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 DOE
Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit drawings; support design coordination with engineering teams
  • Track project progress and help resolve field conflicts and routing issues
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; attend BIM meetings
  • Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records
  • Support project managers to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination preferred
  • AutoCAD/Revit exposure is a plus
  • Strong communication and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
