A Bilingual Project Manager should possess strong project management capabilities, fluency in at least two languages, and relevant educational credentials such as a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field. Familiarity with project management software (like Asana, Trello, or MS Project), as well as certifications such as PMP or Prince2, can be very beneficial.
