We are a small but fast-growing plumbing company looking for motivated Plumbing Apprentices and experienced Lead Plumbers to join our team. Apprentices will learn the trade hands-on, while Lead Plumbers will manage crews and help shape the future of our company.

General Plumbing Duties (All Levels)

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water, gas, and drainage systems

  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes

  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions

  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

  • Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management

Apprentice-Specific Responsibilities

  • Assist Lead Plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance

  • Learn proper use of tools, materials, and safety procedures

  • Follow instructions and actively build plumbing skills

  • Load/unload materials and prepare job sites

Lead Plumber / Crew Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a crew of plumbers and apprentices
