Job Overview

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking an organized and proactive Bilingual Project Coordinator – Chemical Systems to support project coordination, documentation, scheduling, communication, procurement, and field execution for semiconductor chemical-system projects.

This role will support chemical distribution systems, process piping, chemical delivery equipment, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and related facility infrastructure. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, engineers, field supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, customers, and teams based in the United States and Taiwan.

Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required. The position will help facilitate accurate communication, translate project information when needed, coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure technical and administrative information is communicated clearly across bilingual teams.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, experience supporting engineering or construction projects, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination
  • Support project managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of chemical-system projects.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, action items, and completion dates.
  • Coordinate activities involving engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and maintenance teams.
  • Assist with daily project priorities and communicate updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor open items and follow through with responsible parties until completion.
  • Help identify schedule risks, material delays, documentation gaps, and coordination concerns.
  • Support project mobilization, startup, turnover, closeout, and demobilization activities.
  • Coordinate site access, meetings, inspections, deliveries, and field-support requirements.
Bilingual Communication
  • Communicate professionally in Mandarin Chinese and English with employees, customers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between U.S.-based teams and Taiwan-based leadership, engineering, procurement, and support teams.
  • Translate or summarize project emails, meeting discussions, technical documents, schedules, reports, and action items as needed.
  • Assist bilingual team members during project meetings, field discussions, vendor communications, and customer coordination.
  • Help ensure project expectations and technical information are understood consistently across teams.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy when handling translated information.
Documentation and Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain project trackers, status reports, meeting minutes, schedules, logs, and correspondence.
  • Track requests for information, submittals, drawings, change requests, inspections, and project deliverables.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical project files.
  • Assist with document routing, review, approval, distribution, and revision control.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and document decisions, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Support weekly and monthly project reporting.
  • Maintain records related to installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and project turnover.
Procurement and Material Coordination
  • Assist with requests for quotes, purchase requests, purchase orders, and material tracking.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, availability, deliveries, and order status.
  • Track chemical-system equipment, piping materials, valves, fittings, instruments, tools, and replacement parts.
  • Communicate material shortages, delivery delays, and procurement concerns to project leadership.
  • Assist with receiving, staging, inventory tracking, and documentation.
  • Maintain organized vendor and procurement records.
Field and Team Support
  • Support field teams with schedules, work packages, drawings, documentation, and material coordination.
  • Participate in project meetings, field walkdowns, inspections, and coordination discussions.
  • Help coordinate testing, startup, commissioning, qualification, and turnover activities.
  • Support communication between engineers, supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and customers.
  • Assist with issue tracking and corrective-action follow-up.
  • Work safely in active construction, cleanroom, industrial, and semiconductor environments.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in business, engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • One or more years of project coordination, administrative, engineering, construction, or operations-support experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong organization, communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities.
  • Ability to prepare accurate reports, trackers, meeting minutes, and project records.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Experience in semiconductor, chemical systems, cleanroom, manufacturing, construction, or industrial projects.

  • Experience communicating with international or Taiwan-based teams.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project tools.
  • Familiarity with P&IDs, equipment layouts, construction drawings, or technical specifications.
