We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and Mandarin Bi-Lingual Project Coordinator to join our team! Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Proactively coordinate and manage day-to-day project operation activities.
  • Ensure customer project on-time delivery "emphasize satisfactory" and timelines.
  • Monitor, control and manage project operations to meet client's expectations.
  • Fulfill projects by coordinating meetings, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and prompt manner.
  • Liaise between departments to ensure smooth operations delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through regular meetings and communications.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a must
  • 2+ years client facing working experience.
  • College graduate in business or related fields
  • Strong business acumen and desire to take initiative.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and thrive in a start-up, fast-paced, and changing environment using strong judgment and decision-making skills in different time zones.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Well organized, detail oriented and responsible
  • Familiar with Office 365 Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in related industry, such as telecommunications, cloud computing, or information technology.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-national company.
  • Passionate about technology, networking, problem solving and the willingness to learn.
  • Experience using Project Management tools like Confluence, Jira, Monday.com, Salesforce.
