Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with flexibility based on project demands

VN Florida Home LLC is seeking a hands-on Rehab Project Manager to oversee residential rehab projects across Pinellas County. This role is responsible for managing contractors, vendors, timelines, budgets, and daily field operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and ready for rent or resale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple residential rehab projects from start to completion
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and production progress


Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Construction, rehab, property management, or renovation experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Work Environment
