Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to lead and manage custom home construction and remodeling projects. This is an opportunity to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction experience, strong project management skills, and a passion for delivering luxury homes.



Key Responsibilities
  • Review and assess project contracts, proposals, and bids for feasibility, budget, and timeline.
  • Perform daily job site visits to monitor progress, quality control, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate material procurement to stay on track.
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring work meets quality standards and that all necessary permits are obtained.
  • Facilitate pre-construction meetings and provide daily job progress updates to clients.
  • Handle change orders, including tracking scope, pricing, documentation, and approvals.
  • Lead project close-out processes, including punch lists and final walkthroughs.
  • Monitor and track actual project costs versus estimates, collaborating with the sales and accounting teams.


Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience managing residential construction or remodeling projects.
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience in residential construction trades.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction project management software.
  • Experience working with luxury home construction projects ($1M+).
  • Knowledge of residential construction methods, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Experience with BuilderTrend or CoConstruct software is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
