Responsibilities
  • Managing our crews on projects such as decks/screened porches, siding, windows & doors, roofing, baths, and/or patios
  •  Reviewing contracts and answering customer questions
  •  Prioritizing communication with customers, install teams, and other Residential Construction Project Managers on deliverables, scheduling, and project timeframes
  •  Going out in the field to perform quality checks and meet with customers
  •  Tracking job status and completion daily in our construction CRM software
  • Completion and turnover of a high volume of projects

Qualifications
  •  General home improvement construction knowledge: decks, windows/doors, siding, patios, roofing, and/or bathrooms
  •  Proficiency in using a computer, email, and software to track ongoing jobs
  • Energetic and "get it done" attitude!
  •  Able to effectively juggle and coordinate multiple projects
  •  Able to work in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment
  •  Strong customer service experience
  • Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  •  Have an eye for detail and quality control
  •  Able to quickly adapt to changes and pivot schedules to keep crews working
  •  Must be 21 years or older

Salary

$40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, depending on experience

Typical Schedule

7:30AM to 4:30PM (flexible) with occasional remote availability on the weekends, depending on crew work schedule


Skills That Best Fit This Role
  •  Comfortable using technology and able to quickly adapt to new software – we don’t use file folders and paper. Our contracts are digital and we use a variety of software platforms for photos, customer information, job progress tracking, etc.
  •  Strong efficiency in planning and coordinating people, resources, and time to facilitate a project, at times juggling, rescheduling, and creating Plan B if Plan A happens to fall through. The ability to stay organized throughout project (s) phases is key.
  • A love for talking to people – crews, customers, suppliers, coworkers – you’ll talk to a ton of people
  •  Strong attention to detail. There are many components that go into managing a construction project – sometimes things get missed, sometimes things get dropped, and sometimes things happen that just don’t meet our standards. It’s your responsibility to identify and mitigate those things before they become a big deal
