The Imagine Group is recruiting for a Housing Construction Specialist on behalf of our client, a leading nonprofit organization in Buffalo, NY focused on community development. This agency provides housing services, financial counseling, and assistance programs to support individuals and families in achieving stable, affordable housing. It works closely with local partners to address housing needs, promote financial empowerment, and strengthen neighborhoods. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting residential construction and rehabilitation projects to ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion.   • Basic knowledge of all phases of residential housing building systems (structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
  • Ability to supervise contractors.
  • Valid NYS driver's license
  • Reliable transportation and adequate insurance coverage
