We are a leading services company searching for a Bilingual-Spanish Project Manager near Birmingham, AL to oversee operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Good communication and building a relationship with the customer to address needs
  • Supervise, manage and retain staff and address all client needs in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Recruiting, hiring and training staff
  • Ability to train and communicate effectively in English and Spanish is required
  • And other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements for the Position:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Supervisory experience required
  • Must have excellent communications skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must pass criminal background check, drug screen and other pre-employment requirements as needed
  • Physical requirements include but not limited to, actively walking
