Project Manager (Hybrid) Mississauga, Ontario, Canada At Survalent, we're looking for a collaborative and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) projects. In this role, you'll partner with customers and cross-functional teams to manage projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Essential Functions: * Ensure compliance with PMO standards, processes, and documentation to maintain consistency and quality across all projects. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocations. * Monitor and manage project resources (time, budget, personnel, equipment) to ensure optimal delivery and margin performance. * Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams through regular schedule reviews, progress updates, and stakeholder communications. * Lead project kick-off and status meetings to align teams, track progress, and resolve issues early. * Coordinate internal and external project activities, including technical meetings and stakeholder engagement. * Document and follow up on meeting outcomes, action items, and decisions to ensure execution and transparency. * Support development and production teams in meeting milestones and deliverables, resolving blockers proactively. * Manage multiple concurrent projects across various phases, maintaining high standards of execution and customer satisfaction. * Perform additional duties as required to support project and organizational success. * Define project scope and goals with senior management and stakeholders. * Identify scope changes and manage them through the change control process. * Monitor project margins and take action to improve results. * Review technical documentation and support quality checks. Education and Experience: *  Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field. *  A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification * Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and online collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Project. *  Strong aptitude for learning and applying new technologies in a fast-paced software and engineering environment. * Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. * Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving. * Familiarity with Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and reporting tools (considered an asset). * Experience in the utility industry, particularly with SCADA, OMS, and DMS systems, is a strong asset. * Spanish-speaking capability is an asset This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Director, PMO & Proposals.
