Under general direction, the Project Manager oversees various projects of a highlycomplex nature. They are responsible for assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.

  • Gathers and compiles project information
  • Coordinates the activities of one or more projects, work streams, or functional areas with all levels of necessary stakeholders
  • Responsible for results in terms of costs, methods, and outcomes
  • Resolves issues and ensures task completion by establishing priorities and reaching compromise with team members and functional managers
  • Interprets and executes existing policies and procedures that affect management
  • Recommends new or modified procedures and processes
  • Participates in determining objectives of assignments
  • Analyzes gathered data for decision making in conjunction with other project leaders
  • Reports on project progress in accordance to the audience

Your Background
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Must have 5 years of experience in the position offered or related.
  • Must have 5 years of experience using MS Office applications with a concentration on Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Must have 5 years of experience working in a matrix organization.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in new product innovation and / or introduction with design control skills.
  • Must have 5 years of experience creating dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
  • Must have 4 years of experience with the application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the regulated orthopaedical medical device industry.
  • PMI or equivalent certification preferred

Expected Compensation Range

$121,000 - $152,000 CAD / Annual
