Job description

Senior Project Manager II, IPCM (Remote)

Full time, United States

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering different types of projects or programs involving, but not limited to, customer implementations and changes as well as agency projects, internal product implementations, and core business process changes.

As a Senior Project Manager II, you will

  • Be responsible for the utilization of established and proven project management tools and processes, including but not limited to: PMP, OPPM, Prince2, Six Sigma
  • Manage risks and provide visibilities to stakeholders and requesters throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Leverage regional and local resources and resources from the different departments and functions to support projects
  • Drive decision making and escalation concerning the projects assigned
  • Facilitate effective and constant communication with all project participants
  • Seek and use feedback to improve on presentation effectiveness

About you

  • Previous experience in a qualified project management role in the travel industry
  • Experience with Project Management software
  • Proven success in leading medium complexity projects in travel management operations
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Must be reliable and be flexible with working hours based on the needs of the projects
  • Ability to travel 5-20%, including weekends
