WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Partner Enablement.

As a BilingualSenior Project Manager (English/Spanish),you are the primary contact for partner-led implementations of the WorkForce Software suite of products (WFS), ensuring smooth execution, risk mitigation, and issue resolution across LATAM, EMEA, and North America. This role drives successful partner-led deployments, refines best practices, and fosters strong partner relationships by providing expert guidance and connecting partners to key technical resources.

The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless partner-led implementations, refining processes, and driving client success. Your leadership will strengthen WorkForce Software's partner ecosystem, enabling scalable, high-impact solutions for enterprise clients.

What you'll do:

What you can expect on a typical day:

  • Project Execution & Delivery - Oversee partner-led implementations, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Issue Resolution - Act as the main point of contact for delivery issues, risks, and escalations.
  • Partner Enablement - Guide partners through project onboarding, best practices, and implementation methodologies.
  • Process Improvement - Analyze partner delivery trends and refine processes for better deployments.
  • Stakeholder Communication - Align internal teams, manage expectations, and report on project status.
  • Technical Resource Connection - Ensure partners access the right technical support at key milestones.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • 5+ years in project management (SaaS, enterprise software, or tech solutions).
  • Experience with partner enablement or managing a global outsourced professional services network.
  • Implementation expertise in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management software (WorkForce Software a plus).
  • You can read, write, and speak in English and Spanish fluently. Portuguese fluency would be a bonus!
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, and project management tools.
  • Adaptable mindset, capable of adjusting to fast-changing project demands.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 20% with the potential for international travel.
  • Associates are expected to work a flexible hybrid model 3 days per week in the office.
