Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish and English)

Job Description

The customer service representative will be responsible for handling orders from the sales team and entering them into the systems. They will work directly with customers and the sales teams to make sure accurate baking goods orders are being inputted.

• Process all incoming orders from sales force and customers
• Manually enter orders into system; review and correct orders as necessary
• Notify customers/sales reps of product outs
• Invoicing of credit memos
• Using professional phone etiquette, answer telephones timely and direct calls to appropriate personnel
• Process "Will-Call" customer orders
• Perform research as requested by sales reps and customers
• General administrative duties including filing and organizing

Skills and Qualifications Required

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• At least 1-2+ years of experience in a customer service role
