This is a full-time hybrid or remote position in our Burlington, Vermont or Washington, DC area office. 


We are expanding our team again and looking for a dynamic Client Success Manager to support the implementation of IXIS software to our client in the automotive space. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you will be critical to building out a new department and facilitating a great client experience with our platform. If you excel at maintaining sight of the details, enjoy taking on new tasks, and care deeply about company culture, we would love to chat. This role is based in Burlington, VT or Washington, DC in a hybrid or remote capacity. 


Responsibilities

  • Consult with customers to provide training and education regarding use of analytics dashboards.
  • Become an expert in the use of IXIS’ Atlas platform to ensure proper education and use among multiple levels of client stakeholder.
  • Guide internal planning on the expansion and growth of the Customer Success team.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents to ensure proper use of dashboard functionality.
  • Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to prepare reports, and documents other special projects and general duties, as needed.
  • Develop an ongoing outreach plan for customer contact to increase adoption of Atlas and new features and functionality as they are launched.
  • Interact with customers to resolve issues on a day-to-day basis.
  • Interact with internal product and engineering teams to ensure product meets client needs


Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional administrative/ customer service support, or partnerships
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – poised, professional, and articulate.
  • Trustworthy - must have impeccable discretion with access to sensitive company, customer, and personal information.
  • Proven ability to drive projects forward while simultaneously multitasking in an environment with shifting priorities.
  • Independent - able to work under little direction and exercise sound judgment when making time sensitive decisions.
